Honestly track and field is the epitome of ,"there's beauty in the struggle".
Recently I've seen a lot of posts about , how mentally challenging track and field is and probably every athlete at some point in their career can relate to some sort of setback they've faced in their career. The highs are so high , but the lows can also be crushing.
This season has been an interesting one to navigate, with niggles and my own setbacks as recent as Rabat diamond league .
Coming into Oslo, I think the goal for everyone was probably to just get round, execute and build from there.
Frankly I was just happy with stepping onto the track and finishing a race without feeling pain. So seeing as I've genuinely only had a week of running max and had 3 sessions back in spikes, 44.92 , I'll take as worlds is where it matters
